Planet Hollywood Cancun By Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort (Adults Only)

We had a great time at an all-inclusive resort by the beach. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, with beautiful views from our room. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making sure all our needs were met. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a variety of options to choose from. The resort had amazing facilities, including a mini golf, basketball court, and a lazy river.

We did find that the resort was understaffed in some areas, which sometimes led to longer wait times or delays in service.

The luxurious amenities here were outstanding! the elegant room was well-equipped with exclusive accessories, including a private balcony overlooking the picturesque ocean. the attentive service was exceptional, with friendly staff waiting on me. the private spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, which was a perfect accompaniment to the stunning location next to a sandy beach.

The pools and beach were fantastic, offering a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were really good, providing excellent service and always ready to assist. the fitness and wellness spa was a great amenity, allowing guests to relax and rejuvenate.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with some areas not being cleaned to a high standard. Noisy neighbors were also a concern, affecting the overall tranquility of the stay.

The spa and wellness centre at this hotel offered luxurious treatments that left me feeling pampered and refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and stunning views of the garden area and beachfront. Entertainment was top-notch too, with daily activities and a poolside snack bar for convenience.

Although my room had exclusive amenities and was cleaned to a high standard, the walls were quite thin and noise from neighbouring guests was occasionally disruptive. the excellent service from the attentive staff quickly resolved any minor issues I had.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service, beautiful beachfront location, multiple pools and amenities, great dining options, and enjoyable daily entertainment.

The lazy river, mini golf, and beachfront at the Planet Hollywood Cancun were fantastic.

The luxurious spa and wellness centre offered exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. the restaurant provided excellent food and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment. It was not as lively as we had anticipated and lacked variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, right next to the beach, was amazing. The hotel facilities were great, from the lazy river to the tiki bar. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with special shout-outs to Josie, Jorge, Fernando, and many others. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The facilities at Planet Hollywood Cancun were exceptional, with plenty to see and do. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The creative drink menus and delicious food made dining a pleasure. The pools, beach, and lazy river were all enjoyable, and the swim-up suite we splurged on was absolutely amazing. a fantastic experience.
